If you are a petrol head and want to become a mechanic this is a practical first step into the automotive industry. You will spend lots of time in an industry-style workshop learning how vehicle systems work and carrying out maintenance tasks as your skills grow. It prepares you for Level 2 study and apprenticeship routes.
