It is also suitable for those looking to further their studies or pursue a career in the health and fitness industry, with the aim of becoming a Personal Trainer.
What you need to get on
To get on this course you are required to have a YMCA Level 2 Diploma in Health, Fitness and Exercise Instructor qualification or equivalent. You will be able to choose one of the following academies on your application: Athletics, Basketball, Football, Tennis, Boxing, Flag Football, or Women?s Rugby. While it is ideal to have previous experience playing competitive sports, it is not necessary to secure a place on the course.

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
