The aim of this qualification is to develop the knowledge and skills of learners so they can engage, facilitate, educate and support clients in a gym or health club environment. This qualification is suitable for learners holding a Level 2 qualification in gym instruction or equivalent who wish to progress in a career as a professional personal trainer on an employed or self-employed basis.This qualification is certified by REPs and CIMSPA.
What you need to get on
Applicants will be expected to have a recognised level 2 subject specific vocational qualification. If not already achieved, be working towards completing a level 2 literacy qualification.(or) Several years' occupational experience within relevant disciplines will also be considered Applicants must also hold a CIMSPA recognised Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
