This course is ideal for those wishing to develop advanced professional cookery and kitchen supervisory skills. You will study units including, supervisory skills in the hospitality Industry, practical gastronomy, advanced craft skills and product development. You will also work within the College’s professional kitchens at a supervisory level.
What you need to get on
Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (if this does not include English and maths these MUST be studied as part of the Level 3 programme) or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalent in English and maths; successful interview and initial assessment; successful completion of Level 2 programme (progressing learners).
