This is a Level 3 qualification studied over two years starting with the Introductory Diploma and second year being the Extended Diploma. Each of these are stand alone qualification, but you must complete year one before progressing onto year two. This exciting course has been developed with large companies in the UK aviation industry. Course is ideally suited to those aged 16-18 who meet the entry requirements and are looking for a career in ground crew operations, aviation in general or to progress to higher education. Specialist units cover a range of learning, to equip you with invaluable transferable skills. On completion of the course you will develop skills in the following areas: - Customer service - Handling Air Passengers - Aviation health and safety - Aviation security - Ramp Handling - Aircraft Dispatch.
