The Extended Project is a Level 3 qualification is an extension from studies for any other qualifications at Level 3 (GCE, BTEC, NVQ, other academic or vocational qualifications including Modern Apprenticeships) The Extended Project will develop and extend from one or more of the students study areas and/or from an area of personal interest or activity outside their main programme of study. It will be based on a topic chosen by the student and agreed as appropriate by the centre.
What you need to get on
The minimum entry criteria for studying Level 3 subjects at Millom School Sixth Form are: 2 grades at grade 4 or above in GCSE English and mathematics plus 3 grades at grade 4 or above in other subjects. There is no requirement for any specific prior learning.
