What the college says
Geography is about the study of people and places. In A Level Geography you will look at how the human and physical worlds interact, how people affect their environment and how the environment affects them. Geography also develops your use of a range of transferable skills, including numeracy and statistics when manipulating data, and graphical and cartographic skills when displaying and interpreting data.
What you need to get on
Five passes in GCSE at grade 4 or above. One of the five passes will include English at grade 4 or higher. GCSE grade 5 in Geography
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
