Business Studies lifts the lid on business organisations and investigates what makes them tick. Functions such as marketing, human resources, product development and finance all have to work closely together in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the business. As well as what goes on inside the business, you will also look at influences outside of the business that it. Learning the theories is one thing, but it is relating these to the real world that really studies and our wide range of trips and visits will certainly help to do that!

What you need to get on

Five passes in GCSE at grade 4 or above. One of the five passes will include English at grade 4 or higher.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.

The A-level-equivalent step, and what universities and employers ask for.
