What the college says
This is an ESOL writing course based at our Lower Mounts Campus for people who have English as their second or third language. This course will help upper intermediate/advanced level students improve their writing skills by developing more complex structures, increasing vocabulary and improving spelling. You will practise producing longer, more complex pieces of writing using a range of advanced language structures.

How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
