Level 2 Property maintenance consists of a number of trades Carpentry and Joinery, Plumbing, painting and decorating and wall and floor tiling along with health and safety content. The course is aimed at learners with some basic experience of trades. The course is mainly practical task based- changing or repairing a range of domestic fittings- basins, architrave, electric sockets along with decorative tasks with theory sessions in the classroom, assessed by online exams.
