If you are progressing from the Level 1 course in Hairdressing and Beauty or looking to start a career in Hairdressing this is the course for you. Upon completion of the Level 2 in hairdressing you will be required to progress to the Level 3 in Hairdressing before you will be a fully qualified Hairdresser. - Client Consultation and promoting products and services - Shampooing and Conditioning the hair and scalp - Cutting and finishing Women's and Men's Hair - Setting and Blow-drying using a range of techniques - Curling and Straightening techniques - Dressing Hair using plaiting and twisting techniques Alongside your qualification you will study or further develop your English and Maths skills to assist in your career and personal development and have the opportunity to enter competitions, listen to guest speakers and join trips to hair and beauty exhibitions. Your interview and the college Welcome events, will give us the opportunity to get to know you better and ensure you have a clear understanding of the career path and course and ensure that you enrol on the right level to suit your needs.
