You will develop your practical skills in our state-of-the-art Food Centre, making a wide range of bread and confectionary products. This course includes a valuable four week work placement. You will also gain essential industry knowledge and have the opportunity to complete food safety and health and safety certificates.

4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, or Foundation Level 1 in Food Preparation and Cooking.

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
