The Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is designed for learning support staff whose responsibilities at work are closely supervised. You will be working in the sector either paid or as a volunteer for a minimum of 8 hours per week and will be working under the direction of the class teacher whose lesson planning and day-to-day direction set the framework within which the individual works. You will take an active part in supporting numeracy and English.
