Aviation is a fast growing industry with new and expanded airports developing worldwide. Airlines and airline routes are growing to cope with the demand from airlines serving the needs of customers. The aircraft is the customers' first contact with the airline they are to fly with to their destination with, it is important that all staff working in the aircraft ensure that the customers' first impression of the organisation is outstanding. Cabin Crew have a very important role in the delivery of the customer experience as they embark on their flight in terms of customer service, safety, security and the comfort of passengers. Our qualification in Air Cabin Crew will allow candidates to build the knowledge and skills to enter this very exciting and fast paced industry. You will also have the opportunity to learn in our state of the art Mock Up Aircraft and Check In . Guest speakers will enhance your knowledge and provide real life examples of what life as Cabin Crew is about- we have contacts with airlines such as British Airways, Easyjet and Emirates. The course will require you to be in smart clothing and this will be further explained in the interview.
What you need to get on
Four GCSE's at grade D / 3 or above to include Maths and English Language and/or a Merit grade in a level 1 qualification with Maths and English to GCSE grade D equivalent.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
