This foundation course will give you a great practical introduction to gardening, and will provide you with an understanding of the type of work and career opportunities that are available in the industry.

What you need to get on

At least two GCSEs at grade 2 and above. Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills at grade E3 or above. Enthusiasm for working outdoors. Before you start your course, if you are aged between 16 and 18 years, you will be required to attend a fun and practical one-day preparation workshop where you will meet your tutors and other students on your course. Further details will be provided at the point of an offer being made.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
