This introductory hands-on course will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience to progress onto our Level 2 courses or to introduce you to a practical role in the animal care industry.

What you need to get on

At least two GCSEs at grade 2 and above (E and above) and have studied GCSE English and maths or functional skills at entry level 3 or above. We will also consider your prior learning and any experience gained in an appropriate professional environment.
