You will gain a fascinating insight into Superpower relations, through the exploration of Cold War tensions between the USA and the Soviet Union. This is from the end of World War Two up until the point at which the world nearly came to nuclear war in 1962 and on to the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. You will also study the history of one of England's most eventful dynasties: The Tudors. This is from Henry VII through the extraordinary reign of Henry VIII as well as looking at how his children, Mary I, Edward VI and Elizabeth I changed the country when in power.
