History is interesting because it is about people, why they acted in a certain way and what the consequences of those actions were. History is a challenging and widely respected subject and studying History at A Level will enable you to develop both your analytical and your communication skills. We use a range of classroom activities, including group presentations and essay writing. You will also be required to do some background reading to consolidate and develop your knowledge. So, if you wish to become an individual who has an enquiring mind and is able to form your opinions rather than believe everything you see and hear, then A Level History is for you!
