Health Smart 5 x 2 hour sessions Community Course This course is for adults who wish to improve their confidence and stress management techniques in order to work towards developing their skills in other ways such as employment, volunteering or community engagement. This course is designed to provide adults with the opportunity to develop skills in taking care of themselves, making good self-care choices and considering how to present themselves well to support physical and emotional well-being. This is a face to face course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
