A key feature of this course is up to 200 hours of vocational work placement each year, with a NHS block placements in year 2. These placements provide invaluable practical experience and help prepare you for a wide range of roles within the sector. You’ll also benefit from access to our fully equipped clinical skills suite, where you’ll take part in realistic health and care scenarios led by healthcare professionals. In year 2, students can apply for a chance to take part in an international work placement trip funded by the Turing Scheme.
