What you need to get on
GCSEs at grade three/grade D in maths and English, or Hairdressing Level 1 Diploma plus maths and English at level one, or equivalent successful attendance at interview event you will be required to purchase salon wear, equipment kit, textbooks and consumables
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
