Set in fantastic industry-inspired hairdressing salons and under the careful watch of award-winning staff, you will develop skills that will enable you to be a top-notch hairdresser. During your time at College there will be opportunities to participate in work experience, national competitions, visit hairdressing events and take part in photographic competitions. This course will also help you gain and maintain a professional attitude in the work place.

------5 GCSEs, to include English and/or Maths grade D--Record of Achievement showing excellent attendance and punctuality --Good communication skills--
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
