An exciting and dynamic analysis of human interaction with the planet in the 21st Century. As an issuesbased course you will be equipped to answer some critical issues and problems in the world such as destruction of natural environments, people and hazards, global poverty, climate change. The focus moves from local to global issues and is complemented by a programme of residential fieldwork.
What you need to get on
Must gain a Grade 5 in GCSE Geography if studied, as well as a Grade 5 or above in GCSE English Language and English Literature, and a Grade 5 or above in Maths.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
