This A level is the study of Physical Education and Sport. It will enable you to understand and analyse the major concepts and principles which influence both Sport and PE from Scientific, Sociological and Psychological perspectives. If you have a real interest in, not only the practical aspect, but also how we learn skills, how the body functions when in action and the place of sport in our society, then you will find the subject enjoyable yet challenging

Grade 6 or above in GCSE PE and suitable strength in ONE sport
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
