This course aims to give students the opportunity to develop their evaluative and analytical skills, as well as nurture their ability to think critically. Students will be encouraged to expand their abilities to analyse arguments of all forms of belief, both philosophical and religious.

What you need to get on

Standard entry requirements: 5 GCSEs graded at 4 or above (counting 2 BTECs maximum). A grade 4 in English or Maths The normal entry requirements apply for an advanced course, students must also have English or Religious Studies at grade 5.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
