The AQA specification builds on the knowledge, understanding and skills you will have acquired whilst studying GCSE Spanish. If you enjoy communicating with different people and learning about the varied history and culture of different countries, then Spanish is the subject for you. If you are able to spot patterns in language and apply them, then you are a natural linguist.
What you need to get on
A minimum of 5 GCSEs, grades 4 - 9 (A* - C) including Grade 5 in GCSE Spanish and English Language.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
