Religious Studies at A Level is an academically rigorous and challenging subject in which students think, debate, analyse and evaluate some of the biggest philosophical and ethical issues that have been discussed throughout human history; from the problem of evil, the mind-body problem to contemporary sexual ethics. It is good choice for anyone who has an enquiring mind, enjoys analysing situations and thinking critically. RS provides a firm foundation for skills needed in Higher Education and is a highly respected and sought-after qualification by universities and employers alike. RS students develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to create logically sound and persuasive arguments…and of course…the ability to spot the flaws in weak arguments!
