Religion plays a key role in today’s contemporary society. This course is for you if you are fascinated by world religions, curious about religious belief and practice, and want a deeper understanding of the reasons behind why people follow religious practices and hold religious beliefs. You will also explore the links between religion, education and other aspects of today’s culture and society. As well as focusing on religion and culture, this course will also help you develop a set of transferable skills, including giving you the chance to take part in debates and challenge your critical thinking.
