It is split into four units; 01 – Physiological factors affecting performance 02 – Psychological factors affecting performance 03 – Socio-cultural factors affecting performance 04 – Performance in Physical Education

GCSE PE grade 5+ GCSE English grade 5+ GCSE Science grade 5+ (or 6+ if PE has not been taken) You must have been competing in a team sport outside of school for at least a year.
