This course suits students who are actively competing in one sport and want to share their passion for sport, linking it to the theoretical aspects of PE. The course teaches students how performers excel in sport and helps them to relate this theory to their own performance.

What you need to get on

A successful student is likely to have studied physical education and obtained at least a GCSE grade 5 as well as at least a grade 5 in English language and science. It is not essential to have taken GCSE PE.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
