What the college says
The course comprises two sections: theoretical and practical elements. The theoretical section includes topics such as anatomy and physiology, skill acquisition, socio-cultural studies, history of sport, sport psychology and exercise physiology. The practical section focuses on the individual's performance over two sports, and their ability to critically analyse performance in relation to different theoretical aspects.
