The course will build on an existing awareness of familiar and new texts to aid analysis of production and communication techniques, and the interpretation of meaning. Students will hone communication skills for a range of audiences, through a variety of media forms - film, TV, advertising, radio and the internet. Research techniques and creative production skills, combined with working in groups and as individuals, will develop transferable skills for the future.
