What the college says
History enables us to understand the human journey and the consequences of our actions. It develops the analytical skills of students and enables them to evaluate the significance of the past and form sound judgements.
What you need to get on
Students are required to hold at least a Grade 5 at GCSE History. However students with a grade 5 in English will also be considered who did not study history at GCSE.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
