What the college says
Students will study aspects of the past in breadth through periods and themes, exploring a range of perspectives such as social, religious, political and cultural. You will also undertake a depth study on an aspect of British history, developing an understanding of the attitudes, beliefs and structures of societies in the past. Students will have the opportunity to investigate independent lines of enquiry, explore the process of change over time and assess the significance of particular individuals and events of the past.
