This course is for students who want to continue studying Drama after GCSE and gives you the opportunity to develop and apply an informed, analytical framework for making, performing, interpreting and understanding drama and theatre. You'll already be familiar with some of the topics but the A level will give you the chance to study these and some new ones in much greater depth. It's a good combination with most other subjects you can study at A level.

What you need to get on

5 GCSEs at grade 4+ and a grade 5 or above in GCSE Drama.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
