We offer two alternative Business Studies Courses. Both deal with all aspects of business described in the prospectus, but you need to decide which type of learning and assessment best suits you. Both courses are fully recognised by universities and are awarded equivalent UCAS Tariff Points.

What you need to get on

Minimum entry requirement to the Arthur Terry 6th form: Gaining a minimum 33 points from a minimum of 7 GCSEs which must include English Language and Maths with a minimum point score of 4. Individual subject entry requirements must follow the Pathway entry requirements table also available on the Arthur Terry School website. Up to 2 BTEC/OCR National qualifications at Level 2 Merit can be used for 6th form entry. Each BTEC will count as 1 of the 7 GCSE grades Minimum subject entry requirement: 5 in GCSE Business and 5 in GCSE Maths plus 5 in GCSE English Language or Literature

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
