What the college says

Why choose Business Studies? Business is front page news. The subject allows students to explore business behaviour and understand how a business operates and what can influence its success. It gives pupils the opportunity to understand how the world they live in works, as well as developing entrepreneurial skills, problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. It combines well with all other subjects due to its relevance to so many careers and everyday life. If you have Business Studies A level it can be attractive to employers as it shows you have a background knowledge of how a business works, so you can then be considered for higher positions.
