This course is for anyone moving on from GCSE with an interest in business. Whether you're considering working for a global corporation, small firm or even running your own business in the future, this subject will give you a good grounding in business theory. You don't need to have studied GCSE business to do this course. Studying business can lead to careers in almost any employment sector and it combines well with most other A Level subjects.

What you need to get on

Sixth Form Entry Requirements: Grade 6 or better in Mathematics and English, together with a further 4 GCSE subjects at Grade 6 or better. Subject Specific Entry Requirements: You do not need to have studied Business at GCSE to study the subject at A Level.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
