Do you want to spend two years exploring ideas, developing creative skills, using your imagination and producing stunning Art work? Then A Level Fine Art is for you! Join us on a two-year journey of artistic discovery. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, deepen your understanding of the art world and broaden your creative horizons! You will work closely with the art tutors, in a similar way that a foundation course is taught at university, creating projects and experiencing a range of techniques, in order for you to decide on your specialism in art.

What you need to get on

GCSE Art & Design at Level 6 Studying A Level Fine Art requires a sound understanding of the elements of art, a natural skill or have a flair for creative ideas, the ability to work independently as well as discussing work with others. You'll have a strong work ethic & be prepared to go the extra mile with your work. Students undertaking this course must be fully committed to the subject & have a high degree of understanding, e.g. self-motivation, independence, and willing to listen to advice.
