What the college says
An A Level in Business can open the door to a wide range of careers such as accountancy, law or one of the other professions or in one of the business disciplines such as marketing, human resources, finance or management. The skills and theory covered in the course will be invaluable in whatever career a student chooses to pursue. Many students go on to study business at university or to start an apprenticeship. It is an incredibly popular subject due to its diversity and ability to work well with a mixture of other subjects.
What you need to get on
Grade 6 in English, Grade 5 in Maths and Business at GCSE. For those who have not studied Business at GCSE, Grade 6 in English and Maths are required
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
