What the college says
Further Mathematics is an A Level qualification that both broadens and deepens the Mathematics covered in A Level Mathematics. It is designed to be studied alongside A Level Mathematics. Students will have a strong desire to work with mathematics and be planning to take mathematics related subjects at higher education. Students must be keen and conscientious, with a joy of working on mathematics independently. This is an in-depth course that requires a high level of deeper thinking skills and multi-technique problem-solving.
