This course is a progression route for any learner with an interest in working front of house, progressing from a VRQ level 2 in Food and Beverage Service. The course meets the needs of learners who want to work as supervisors in front of house and within a hospitality environment. This course will allow students to oversee the running of a restaurant from the setting up stage right through to the end of the service. You will be acting in a supervisory role to learn the aspects of the restaurant areas including barista, wines, cocktails, carving and cooking at the table. Throughout the course you will be required to work in our training restaurant in an real working environment situation which will also consist of approximately 2 evening services
