What the college says

Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) Students will have the opportunity alongside their core Sixth Form curriculum to take part in the AQA Level 3 Extended Project Qualification. The programme is designed to increase the breadth and depth of study in their selected subject area, and to gain essential skills for university or employment applications. We are aware that competition for university places is increasing, and that predicted A Level grades alone will not guarantee an offer. By offering this programme we hope to strengthen our students’ applications and prospects through the development of skills such as research, critical thinking, referencing and academic writing.
