What the college says

The EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) is offered to all as part of our Enrichment programme and each year an increasing number of students opt to complete an EPQ. Completion of an EPQ project develops independent study skills and demonstrates an interest, knowledge and aptitude outside A level course requirements. The EPQ is well received by universities and is graded in line with A level examinations.

What you need to get on

Grade 4 GCSE in Mathematics and English Language A minimum of five GCSEs at grades 5 and above including grade 6 in the subjects selected for A Level. *To study Further Maths a grade 7 in Mathematics GCSE is required A grade 5 in English is essential for accessing Business Studies, Economics, Government & Politics, Media, Philosophy & Ethics, Psychology and Sociology if you have not studied these subjects at GCSE. A grade 5 in Mathematics is essential for accessing Physics/Biology/Chemistry and also Business Studies, Computing, Economics and Product Design- if you have not studied these subjects at GCSE.
