What the college says
This course will provide a firm foundation for anyone looking to progress and succeed on a T Level in Health. It is designed to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to support your progression into a successful career in this dynamic sector, including building your maths and English skills so you meet the entry requirements for a T Level in Health. Wirral Met is pleased to offer this new qualification which builds on our extensive experience of delivering Health courses in collaboration with employers and industry experts. In partnership with a number of NHS Trusts and healthcare providers, our programme ensures you will develop a real insight into the range of roles and services within this field.
What you need to get on
To study on this course, you will need: 4 GCSEs including English Language Grade 4 or above, Maths and Science Grade 3 or above and 1 further GCSE Grade 3 or above. Applicants should be ready to complete a substantial work placement If you haven't yet achieved a grade 4 in maths, you'll continue studying this subject – they are key skills that will support your success in learning, work and everyday life.
