What the college says
This is an in-depth, full-time, art and design course, where you will explore specialist techniques and processes associated with areas such as design, sculpture, fine art, photography, print making, illustration and textile, fashion and surface pattern design.
What you need to get on
Students will be expected to have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 9-4, including a grade 4 in GCSE English Language and a minimum grade 3 in Mathematics. GCSEs should include a GCSE grade 4 in Art & Design. Those who have not studied this at GCSE will be asked to bring samples of their work so that the best advice can be offered. Student will be invited on campus for a skills assessment You will also need GCSE French at grade 6 or to be a native French speaker.
