div This is a one year course combining customer and property services providing an excellent foundation in the skills and knowledge required for a career in this industry. The property sector offers lots of opportunities with the market continuing to grow throughout the pandemic and house prices increasing at their fastest rate for more than a decade (source: BBC News June 2021). /div div /div div As part of the programme of study you will undertake four units of study which cover key topics to move into the industry. This nationally recognised qualification is accredited by Propertymark Qualifications the UK's specialist awarding organisation. /div ul /ul
What you need to get on
div At least three GCSEs grade 4 (C) or above including English Language. /div p /p div If you do not have these grades you can start on Level 1 Get Started or Level 2 Business. /div
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
