It develops your thinking and is the only subject which will truly teach you how to write in a concise and articulate manner.

What you need to get on

In additional to general entry criteria requirements, the criteria for this subject are as follows: Grade 6 in English Language AND English Literature, although a Grade 7 is preferable. Must be a regular and enthusiastic reader of a variety of literary texts. If a subject is oversubscribed preference will be given to those who have Grade 7.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
