What the college says
A Level English Literature is a popular option at post-16. Students study a range of texts: Poems of the Decade, Street Car Named Desire, Beloved and Picture of Dorian Grey, a collection of Rosetti poetry and Othello. Throughout the two year course, students are encouraged to read widely and many of our students go on to study English at university level.
