This qualification is a basic craft introduction to the Electrical industry. This course gives you the opportunity to study both the knowledge and practical aspects of Electrical at Level 1.--This is a hands-on course which will train you in the basic skills of electrical wiring and wiring support systems such as conduit and tray.

Essential Requirements----range of qualifications which should include at least 3 GCSEs at gradeD or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)OR successful completion of an Entry 3 vocational qualification--an initial assessment at entry level1 or above--a good record of attendance and commitment at school or college--a high degree of enthusiasm and a commitment to succeed and prepare effectively for employment----Desirable Requirements----GCSEs in maths and English at gradeC or above--An excellent record of attendance and commitment at school/college--A strong commitment to adopt a 'work ready' approach, taking responsibility for your own development and behaviour--
